Do you have a return policy?
We do not accept returns.
How does nationwide delivery work?
When placing an order for shipping, it must be a 4-pack, 6-pack, or 12-pack. Shipping is a flat $20. We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays only, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Once your cookies arrive, put them in the oven at 350 degrees for 5–10 minutes before enjoying.
Can you tell me a little more about Cookie Chris?
Opened in 2022 and based in Williamsburg, Virginia, Cookie Chris has been selling tasty, homemade gourmet cookies in tons of different flavors. Chris, our founder, has been baking since he was a child, and at the age of 16, he opened his own gourmet cookie shop! You can stop by our gourmet cookie shop in person to try one of our weekly rotating flavors, or order your favorites online and have them delivered right to your door.
